Our for-profit independent living and shared housing model offers thoughtfully furnished private and shared rooms, weekly check-ins, and a built-in sense of community designed to support stable, respectful, and independent living.
By applying for housing, residing in, visiting, or using any services, website, or communications of Bright Gate Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Nature of Housing and Services
Bright Gate Solutions provides independent living and shared housing accommodations. We are not a medical facility, assisted living facility, nursing home, treatment center, or emergency shelter.
Residents are expected to manage their own daily living activities.
We do not provide medical care, personal care services, therapy, or supervision.
Participation in community activities and weekly check-ins is supportive in nature and does not constitute case management or clinical services.
2. Eligibility and Application
Residency is subject to:
Completion of an application and screening process
Agreement to house rules, community standards, and payment terms
Availability of space
Bright Gate Solutions reserves the right to approve or deny applications in compliance with applicable fair housing and non-discrimination laws.
3. Fees, Payments, and Deposits
Rent, fees, and deposits are disclosed prior to move-in and outlined in a separate housing or occupancy agreement.
Payments are due according to agreed-upon schedules.
Late payments may result in fees, notices, or termination of residency as permitted by law.
Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Community Standards and House Rules
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, residents and guests must:
Treat others with dignity, respect, and consideration
Comply with quiet hours and shared space guidelines
Maintain cleanliness of personal and common areas
Refrain from violence, harassment, threats, or illegal activity
Follow guest, smoking, substance use, and safety policies
Failure to comply with community standards may result in warnings, corrective actions, or termination of residency.
5. Weekly Check-Ins and Community Engagement
Weekly check-ins are intended to:
Support communication
Address housing-related concerns
Encourage community connection
These check-ins are not mandatory therapy, counseling, or supervision and do not create a professional-client relationship.
6. Property Use and Furnishings
Rooms may be furnished or unfurnished as disclosed.
Residents are responsible for reasonable care of property, furnishings, and fixtures.
Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges.
Bright Gate Solutions is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
7. Safety and Personal Responsibility
Residents acknowledge that:
Independent living involves personal responsibility for safety and well-being.
Bright Gate Solutions does not guarantee personal security.
Residents are encouraged to obtain renter’s insurance.
8. Termination of Residency
Residency may be terminated:
By the resident, with proper notice as outlined in their agreement
By Bright Gate Solutions for nonpayment, rule violations, safety concerns, or other lawful reasons
Termination will follow applicable local and state laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Bright Gate Solutions shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damages arising from independent living, shared housing, or community interactions.
Residents agree to hold the Company harmless from claims resulting from their own actions or those of their guests.
10. Changes to Terms
Bright Gate Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued residency or use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
